Delivery & Returns Policy

We hope that you will love our BearGood products, but we know that sometimes you may want to return them. So here's our delivery & returns policy so that you know what we can and can't do.


Orders are despatched within 48 hours of placing an order Monday to Friday, though we try to despatch within 24 hours. 

Our standard shipping sends out parcels using Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard within the UK, which typically delivers within 3 days from despatch. Should you wish to have your parcel delivered sooner, or have it tracked, please select the appropriate alternative within the postage section at the checkout. Please note that postage delays may occur within the postal system once we have despatched, typically this happens during busy times of the year such as seasonal celebrations. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags etc still attached. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning a bear, please also ensure that it is returned boxed with the Certificate of Authenticity and intact and unused.


All returns should include your contact and order details. Please include your name, order number, a contact email address and whether you wish to return or exchange the item(s).


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



If you have requested a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method, providing that the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging intact. Any damage to the items or packaging may result in a partial refund, of which you will be notified. You should expect to receive the refund within 30 days of the item being received.

Should you return an item that you deem to be faulty, on receipt we will assess the claim and then either accept or reject the fault. You will be contacted by us to notify you of the outcome of the claim. If it is deemed by us to be faulty we will organise a full refund to you by the method you originally paid. If, however, they do not deem the item to be faulty, we will contact you by email to let you know and organise to return the item to you.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 59 Whateley Road, London, SE22 9DE.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 59 Whateley Road London SE22 9DE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us.
